When I graduated high school, I migrated to Phoenix Arizona where I finished college and met my future husband. After 12 years living there, Dave & I married (2009) and immediately moved to San Diego and now we have a son. We'll probably stay in this hilly city for a very long time--this is where my children will be born and raised. I love it here, I am home.
Family means everything to me. I believe in God. I believe in goodness. I believe that there is a purpose to all this.
I think that I am simple--I love beautiful things & harmony & the sleepy way the cats look at dusk.
I think that I am complicated--human & wrong & always right.
I love writing. This is a creative endeavor that I come to as I please. What you'll find here are letters to my son on a monthly basis, various thoughtful essays and whatever thing that bothers or inspires me, creative writing for no other purpose other than expression and release, and photographs.
I don't know what this blog is. I still don't. I've been writing here for over two years and I can't really answer that question. I suppose I don't care anymore. It is what it is and I want to keep it here for the time being.
Just for fun, here's some wedding pics of my wedding to the love of my life, David Andrew, in April 2009 in Tempe, Arizona.
